My new found obsession with bone broth has found its natural evolution via Thanksgiving. After a full day of taking and mulching leaves this 24 hour slow simmer soup was AMAZING! Turkey carcasses and water to start then a real no-holds-barred fridge clearing extravaganza if red and white onions, carrots, celery, garlic, leeks, and parsley. Topped off with fresh cracked pepper and some kala namak black mineral salt and voila! One seriously bad ass thanksgiving leftover soup. Yum!
