So after doing the first Thanksgiving thing I thought I would try the stew thing. I always sort of feel a bit bad for throwing away all that turkey carcass. So what better way of solving that by cooking fo another 4 hours after cooking all day yesterday? In the end I have to say though, while it was a lot of cooking, it was pretty damn good. Easy enough to do too. Yum.
