So while my traditional holiday dinner could not be prepared in its native land this year I was able to do so in a new land; and for new customers. The usual tirade of the best brine possible, roasted garlic, hand made stuffing, etc. Also, as usual 24 hours of straight cooking. All good stuff. Added a new one to the mix this year that is absolutely making the permanent menu. Broiled bacon coated in brown sugar. Seriously this stuff is like crack.
All in it was a good first Thanksgiving here.
