So while my previous domiciles have had me a buzz with re-construction 5 minutes after I move it, this place has been somewhat elusive. This week, in the traditional holiday hiatus, I decided to kick this up a notch and start moving again. Office and that horrifying stencil pattern had to go. Guest room had not even been thought of once since we moved in. Glad to get that thing kicking too. Long week but crown, chair rail, paint and clean up. Done. Place looks sick. Then when dad showed up we got the sub-panel in too. Sweet. Feels good to have something done here after so much time.
