While I am here at the beach, an activity I truly do not love, I spend the time waiting for Cooper to wake up planning the afternoon bike ride. After 60 something miles last week and a few days off thus far this week to recover, I am ready to hit the road again. I found this one which I think I am going to give a try to first.
